We were referred to Devin by our realtor in Minneapolis and Devin took care of us from the very beginning. We had a pretty tight timeline as we had arrangements to move across the country prior to listing. We had numerous contracts fall through due to buyers ill intentions or financing issues but Devin always had a backup plan and we were back under contract within 24 hours each time.
