We had a pretty tight timeline as we had arrangements to move across the country prior to listing. We had numerous contracts fall through due to buyers ill intentions or financing issues but Devin always had a backup plan and we were back under contract within 24 hours each time. Devin pushed us to list a bit out of our comfort zone but ultimately, it paid off in the end and we accepted and closed on our property for over our asking price.
