Devika helped the reviewer buy this property

Goldstar Realtor!!!!!

Devika was incredibly helpful when I decided to purchase my holiday home in Florida during COVID from afar. She took the time to educate me on everything from my first inquiry to the completion of the sale. Due to travel restrictions and COVID guidelines I was only able to view the property virtually. Her knowledge of the location, comparable prices, and negotiating skills are excellent. She is all about delivering quality and keeping the consumer educated. She was present at the inspection and advised me on the real issues and renegotiated with the seller to my satisfaction. She is open, honest and was available to talk to me anytime of the day. Devika also followed up with the lender, title company, seller’s HOA and kept me informed of upcoming events. The day before closing Devika reviewed my closing disclosure statement to make sure all the fees and charges were correct, so when closing day came all I had to do was show up and sign the paper work. My whole experience from start to finish was painless and worry free and I know she had my best interest throughout the process. I will use her for my future real estate needs and highly recommend her.
