Devika also followed up with the lender, title company, seller’s HOA and kept me informed of upcoming events. The day before closing Devika reviewed my closing disclosure statement to make sure all the fees and charges were correct, so when closing day came all I had to do was show up and sign the paper work. My whole experience from start to finish was painless and worry free and I know she had my best interest throughout the process. I will use her for my future real estate needs and highly recommend her.
