Dev was a pleasure to work with on our first home purchase. She always responded rapidly and gave us great insight into our housing market and the buying process. Dev helped get us connected with a lender, an inspector, an electrician and guided us through the whole process. She even negotiated a seller credit towards closing costs! Most importantly she showed us the house we fell in love with, and it wasn't a house we would have found on our own. Thanks Dev!
