We decided to relocate out of the Northwest Florida area, & Desiree was recommended to us. She knows her stuff, is prompt returning calls & taking care of business. We had quite a bit of interest in our home, & had accepted an offer within 2 weeks of listing. Everything in Florida seems to be done mostly online, so that part was easy. Closing went smoothly, but Desiree did not attend. In fact we did not hear from her again until now, almost 2 months after closing. Being not as young as her, we are more used to the way real estate transactions were done in other areas of the country, & I think that may have caused some friction. But generally she was very patient with us & all parties got what they wanted in the end. We appreciated her help & would recommend her without hesitation.
