We decided to relocate out of the Northwest Florida area, & Desiree was recommended to us. She knows her stuff, is prompt returning calls & taking care of business. We had quite a bit of interest in our home, & had accepted an offer within 2 weeks of listing. Everything in Florida seems to be done mostly online, so that part was easy. Closing went smoothly, but Desiree did not attend. In fact we did not hear from her again until now, almost 2 months after closing.
