One of thebfirst things I said to Deshondra is I cant imagine myself owning a house and about two months later I own a house!! I am not from Florida, so I did not have a preference of where we purchased our first home. My husband was born and raised in Jacksonville and assisted upon not living in certain areas due to crime high rates. She worked with our work schedules and met us on the weekends to view homes when needed that met our personal needs. I work in a California time zone; however, I live in Florida. This is a 3-hour difference in time. I work from home for the government and need as much quiet as possible since I am being recorded during work. Deshondra found my husband and I home in a quiet neighborhood, that was within our financial goal. Our mortgage payment ended up being LESS than the amount we were paying for monthly rent. Deshondra communication, professionalism, and knowledge of the market was outstanding. My husband and I strongly recommend Deshondra for potential homebuyers.

I thought this would be a very exciting maybe somewhat stressful event but working with this realtor was the worst experience of my life she was rude, crude and down right mean I can't understand why she would choose a profession working with the public as a realtor. I would not recommend her to a enemy
