A chance real estate meeting brought us (Deserie Boutell and Jippi Scott) together over 10 years ago and its' been a proven recipe for success ever since. We each had a specific skill set to bring to the table and once combined, an unbeatable force was born. Deserie spearheaded a multimillion dollar direct marketing business which drove the sales for many of the nation’s largest financial institutions, lenders, and Fortune 500 companies. 25 years of innovative marketing was the foundation to her successful transition into residential real estate in the early 2000’s. Jippi had a lengthy and successful sales career which began a focus on residential real estate in the late 1980's where she quickly became a top producer. The common denominator to both our success is we are creative problem solvers who share a true passion for what we do. Everything we have learned in our long professional sales/marketing careers coupled with our continued evolution as technology advances make us uniquely suited to lead in our competitive local real estate market. Our mission statement has always been to stand out from the crowd which has coined our motto, “The Power of Two, Hustle and Heart, set up apart”. As unique as our names, we pride ourselves on exceeding our clients’ expectations from our first conversation to the close of escrow and beyond. Stress less, turnkey and above and beyond my expectations.

This was my second time using Desiree and Jippi. Their market knowledge was a deciding factor to use them again. They turned the selling experience into a seamless, low stress experience. As a seller living in a different county, I simply gave them the key to the property and they took care of everything to repairs, painting, showings, etc. They sold the property very quickly at the original price that I wanted. From start to finish it was 3 1/2 weeks. They will be my only choice of agents for my next property. I couldn’t have been happier.
