I met Derrick a while back after I contacted him regarding a listing he had for a home in Central Indiana. That particular one didn't work out and neither did many subsequent listings I inquired about. I had a particular type of property in mind and was at a set amount that I could afford. Derrick took his time with me and helped me eventually find the home that I was looking for all along.
