We were very pleased with Derrick through the whole process of buying the house we wanted and selling the condo we had in Anderson Indiana. He went out of his way to help us in my opinion. All while we were still in Fla. These days it’s hard to find someone so willing to what he did for us.

I have already recommended him to a friend. He keep us updated on every step of the way. We love the house he sold us. And how professional he handled selling the condo we had. Carpenter should be proud to have him on their team.

Derrick made it known to us that he was totally committed to the upgrading improvements on the house and that he would take care of all the details.
