Derrick kept me apprised of all aspects of the property sale. He recommended the lawyer I needed for clearing up the title. He kept me informed about the buyers questions, and basically kept the sale moving through completion. Would not have wanted to do it without him.

There were some problems with Huntington Bank and their agent &manger. He had to change me to another mortgage that was reliable and skillful in their proceeding. Mr. Brown was diligently by or side through a very difficult procedure that included the signing family member being excluded by doctors due to age. (95 yo) I would recommend Mr. Brown to any and all in the Detroit Metropolitan Area.
