I was not looking to buy, but our landlord was selling the house. Derrick was on top of things from the start. He took on this house purchase as if it was his own. He also helped communicate with the buyers. Very personal but professional. Openly communicated everyday on what was happening, telling us what to expect up to the day we signed. Would highly recommend Derrick for your house buying/selling needs.

Derrick is the epitome of a true professional. He was there from start to finish, always a step ahead and the communication was seamless. I couldn’t have made this happen without him, and honestly have recommended him to everyone I know who is the need.

My wife and I are extremely happy and fortunate that we got to work with Derrick. Initially we were intimated with the process of buying a house but he was with us every step of the way and was really able to break down the parts we didn’t understand. He had excellent communication and is also a great hype man! Also it was extremely nice to be working with another veteran and have that trust with an investment of this size. Let's just start here: BO IS AMAZING! My wife and I moved here from Australia a few years ago and we had been looking for a house since before COVID. We both lost our jobs due to COVID and had our savings taken down a little. Fortunately we both got our jobs back but the savings, not so much! We were a little hesitant to buy. This is when we were referred to Bo. We meet Derrick "Bo" at Out of Bounds brewery on a Sunday for a drink (being Aussie, I love a good beer). Bo was amazing, he made it sound so easy. Bo guided us in the correct way in the steps we needed to take to buy our first house. I would call him at any time of the day to ask questions and he would always answer or call me back straight away. Anything we needed he had the answer to, if not he would find out straight away. Bo is a straight forward and down to earth guy. We found our forever house- the first house we looked at! Bo had our bid in for the house that night. There were another 6 couples in the bidding war. Bo directed us and gave us great guidance to WIN the bid for the house. We have been in the house for a little over 3 months and are loving every second of it. Thanks Bo, we appreciate everything you did for our family. 10/10, Mate!

Derrick is personable, knowledgeable about every aspect, no questions you might ask that he can’t explain or know where to go to get the info for you! He takes the stress out of the entire process! It was a “godsend “ having him there to glide right through the entire selling process! Would recommend to anyone, if you want a professional, knowledgeable, personable realtor that cares about you and listens to what you feel… well you should pick Derrick!
