Was highly communicative throughout the process. Told us his idea for approach on market and also kept us up to date for houses in neighborhood that were sold/listed. Promptly replied to bookings and very transparent. Our first home sold and he made it comfortable as selling a home can be.

Is Derrick the tallest Realtor in Tampa? No. I mean, he's not short, but probably not quite 6ft, and others are taller. Is Derrick the best looking Realtor in Tampa? He's not my type, but there's some pretty-boy Realtors out there, so I'm going to say no. Is Derrick the funniest Realtor in Tampa? Ok, he DOES have his moments, but let's say there's probably someone funnier... Maybe. But - when it comes to marketing, negotiating, knowledge, problem solving and communication - I'd bet on Derrick EVERY time! Great Realtor!

Awesome. I don’t think we could have asked for a better Realtor. Derrick was absolutely instrumental to us finding and getting our house. From the house showing, to bidding, inspections, repair negotiations, contractual details, closing, and every possible question we could throw at him (of which there were many), he was with us every step of the way.
