I first met Derrick in 2023 when he was representing the seller of the house we were buying. After a brief discussion to solve an issue that came up during closing, Derrick was so professional and knowledgeable we decided that if we ever sold we were going to ask him to be our listing agent. Fast forward a couple years and the time came, and Derrick was our first and only call. He has expert knowledge in the Apollo Beach area, and especially in Covington. He helped us stage our home for photos, advised us on the process, was so knowledgeable, for every thing that came up he had a plan and a way forward. He was accurate with his knowledge of the market, and spot on with pricing. We were worried that the market was slow but he helped us sell for a good price and months quicker than the average time on market. Derrick went above and beyond to make sure our house sold - he was fully engaged and was so personally invested in getting the house sold we truly felt like he was on our team the way a family member would be.
