We met Derek while he was working with friends of ours on the purchase of their home. From the beginning, he listened to what we were looking for and guided us through the process. Derek was amazing from the start, his knowledge of the immediate and surrounding outlying areas was vast, he definitely knows this market. He listens to you and cares about what you actually want. When it comes to the paperwork side of things his process is streamlined, I'm telling you he didn't skip or miss anything, there was no "oh we forgot to do this", it was all very smooth, very organized and done right the first time. He is also able to explain everything in a way you can actually understand, which helped me as a first time homebuyer feel confident and knowledgeable during the whole process. His negotiating skills when putting an offer in was top notch. I will be using Derek again if I ever need or want to sell or buy.
