Derek went above and beyond to make sure I got the most for this condo. He was on top of the staging and making sure we got up to date pictures and keep the place always clean and welcoming. Very diligent in having open houses to make sure we got enough traffic. Provided good advice on competitive bids and how we could negotiate to get the best value for the place. He also made sure the people buying the place would take care of it and continue creating great memories.
