Derek helped the reviewer sell this property

Best agent out there

If your an investor or home buyer, seller and need contracts sent out fast. Someone to stop everything there doing and help you when you call. He is your guy. I flip houses and Derek has sold/purchased over 5 homes for us and Derek gets contracts out quick and will remind you every 5 minutes to sign your part so he can get the job done. This man exceeds expectations and is loyal, honest and extremely hard working.
