Derek Scheidt was amazing efficient at getting my home sold and sold FAST. I went to one of those "we buy houses" sites we'll call "Pillow" to see what they would offer me for my home and not only did they come in $25,000 less than Derek was able to get for my house. Pillow wanted to charge me $10,000 for unspecified repairs on top of the 6% commission and 1% convenience fee they wanted to charge. Derek was able to get me list price while helping me stage my house and making my family feel confident we were going to make what we needed on the house.
Derek came in on a Saturday night to write up our contract offer and line up our financing with a lender because there was another active offer on the house.
