I met Derek at an Open House he was conducting; it was the house my husband and I ended up buying. While I had a real estate agent friend I was already working with, and even though Derek was not my agent, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and my husband in numerous ways, such as making several recommendations for contractors and just checking in to see how we were doing. I've gotten to know Derek in the last few weeks; what a great human being! He cares about his sellers and buyers in a way that is truly uncommon; plus, he's extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!
