There is alot to say about Derek, but I will try to summarize all his awesomeness in a nut shell. Derek helped us find our first home about 2-ish years ago. A nice little fixer upper. Then with the market being the way it was in 2021, we decided to just go for it and sell & buy. With all of Derek's help and expertise regarding MULTIPLE things we were able to sell our home and buy a bigger forever home. We are so happy with this bigger home for our now family of 3 and 2 dogs, Tank party of 5!
