For 11 years I have specialized in the sale of homes, farms and land. I represent sellers, buyers, and investors. I have broadened my skill set and acquired a Kentucky AND Tennessee broker’s license. I spent my early career in the music business where I was recognized for my project management abilities and launching new talent with the industry’s most renowned companies both domestically and internationally. My music business years were spent living in New York, Hollywood, London and Dublin. I managed recording studios, scouted for talent for major record labels and publishing companies, and was ultimately responsible for negotiating and structuring multi-million dollar publishing contracts for bands and singer/songwriters. Why I’m Different I am a skilled negotiator with my client’s best interests at heart. I believe that it’s important to not only carefully handle every step of the process for my client but to educate them along the way and provide up-to-date market insight. I am known for my marketing skills, hard work and attention to detail. I am trustworthy and honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear. I believe in representing my clients to the best of my ability and assisting them in making the best decisions possible.
