Dennis was so very helpful in every way with finding our perfect home. He was so patient and through trying to make every hiccup was smoothed over and he was on top of things we didn't even think of. Thank you again for your help with our new HOME!

He has been a great resource for me when I was new to the area and needed to find reliable service people. Now he manages that property when I am not there and need to rent it out!. I honestly cannot say enough good things about him!

There no word I can say about how much Dennis did for me to help find a home, he went above and beyond my expectations. Even after the deal is done he still checks on me to see if there is anything he can help with.

I move from Tennessee to Sun City Center, FL. Having never lived outside of TN in 63 years, a tad lost. I got hooked up with Dennis and that was the best thing that could every happen to me. I am working full time, trying to look at houses and get to Sun City to go thru some. After I made my decision it was game on for Dennis. He had no clue. He stepped up and handled everything like a champ, from the inspection to making sure everything was in tact, talking to my insurance agent about the roof that the sellers had to put on and what I had to do to get that third nail in the mix. To making sure the house was not damaged after the sellers moved out and actually had to get someone to fix a wall that was. He helped me unload boxes and stuff when I did move. I could not ask for a more perfect fit than we are and what a great new friend that I have here in my new city. Little did he know that I would still be sending him text asking him for references to get things done! I would be the first to say, If you want things done professionally and have some one who looks at the big picture as if he was moving in, HE"S YOUR REALTOR!!

His expertise of the area, active promoting of my mother's home, and his attentiveness to detail were excellent. Due to his involvement, my mother's home sold in a very short time, and I didn't have to hold HIS hand to solve problems. That alone was worth it. I would trust him again.
