Dennis worked as a double agent for us. He represented us on the sale of our house and assisted us in the purchase our current home. He priced our home according to market value and facilitated a quick sale. When it was time to purchase,Dennis listened to our wants and needs making the best use of our time and resources. At the time of purchase the market was hot and houses were selling the same day they listed. Dennis was proactively viewing new listing and was extremely flexible with his time to ensure that we had enough opportunity to view new listings. Ultimately Dennis found us our dream home and we could not be happier.
