My husband Jamie and I recently came into a condominium through the passing of his father. It was quickly decided by us that it would not be an ideal place for us to settle down and we decided to sell and use the proceeds to buy a home. Now, neither one of us has ever sold or owned any property, so to say it seemed like a daunting task was the understatement of the century! Luckily for us, Jamie was able to find Denisen Hartlove on Yelp. When I say that neither of us had any idea what we were doing and needed our hands held throughout the entire process, I mean it. Thank God for Denisen! Not only did she hold our hands throughout the entire process, she never had a single problem doing it for the entirety of us working together. She is endlessly patient, kind, available (when she says you can contact her anytime you have any questions of concerns, she means it!), friendly, funny, and insanely knowledgeable about things we never would have even thought of. Even if you are hands off and clueless like us, she will make sure that you know what is happening every step of the way and will never leave you in the dark. She has contacts and insider knowledge throughout every facet of the home buying and selling process and is happy to pass them all on to her clients. She also advocated for us every step of the way and make us feel that she genuinely cared about what happened to us and where we would live. Needless to say, she sold our condo for the price we were hoping for and helped us to find and successfully purchase our dream home! I honestly don't know what we would have done without Denisen. I can't imagine going through this process with any other realtor and we will be recommending her to everyone that we come across. Working with Denisen would be the best decision you could make for your future and you can quote me on that.
