By the time I found Denisen I'd been through three lenders, two realtors who clearly didn't have the time for me, and a sea of unreturned calls to other realtors. I was looking to buy my first home, in November, with a small down payment - I was a less than ideal client. None the less I kept searching and during my digging on home buying apps I kept coming across great reviews for Denisen. Assuming she wouldn't return my call, I left her a message anyways and later that day she called me back...and my life was forever changed - seriously. Within a month of working with Denisen I figured out what neighborhood in Concord I wanted to live in, found the perfect lender (thanks to her), and was in escrow for my very first home (under asking price and with a closing credit btw!). Denisen was with me every step of the way. From day one she listened to what I needed, what questions I had, and most importantly, made herself available every step of the way. When I met her I wasn't exactly sure where I wanted to live but I knew what I didn't like - she asked the right questions and made great suggestions that helped guide me towards my own decision. She also put up with me playing realtor in my free time (aka texting her everyday with a "what about this house?" message). Once I found the home I wanted was when the real business and panic set in. Denisen stayed by my side and was a huge support during my most panicked of times, answering my questions and if she didn't know the answer she found someone who did. Denisen is smart, sharp, warm and one a helluva real estate agent. If you're even THINKING of buying a home, especially your first, give her a call. Thanks D!
