As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I needed a realtor that was willing to educate us on the home-buying process while also helping us find our dream home. This would be a big feat in a normal market, let alone this crazy market! Denisen 100% delivered on this with the utmost patience, knowledge and care. Denisen is one of the most kind, patient people I've ever met - she answered hundreds of our questions and concerns over our months-long home search while we were living in Southern California but looking to buy in the East Bay. Denisen's communication was fantastic, which was especially important because we were living in Southern California at the time. Denisen showed us close to 100 homes and wrote 9 offers for us. We saw so many homes because we were looking in towns we've never lived in, so she was patient enough to drive us around on weekends and educate us on towns and neighborhoods that we had never seen before.
