She also used technology to keep me informed and to review documents which was extremely helpful since I do not live in the immediate area, she learned about my needs and wants and carefully selected the properties to show to me. My partner and I just bought our new home with the help of our new friend. We met Denisen by sheer luck. We had been referred to an agent through a colleague I work with. I never had a warm and fuzzy feeling with that agent. I felt as though they were going through the motions of saying they would represent me but all they did was email listing after listing without so much as a phone call to see if we were interested in any of them. I truly believe many agents would have given up on us but she remained steadfast. I can still hear her saying isn't this fun? Fun is not exactly how I would describe buying a home particularly in this Bay Area market. We cannot say enough about Denisen, and her passion for her clients. She truly does care and goes above and beyond to help in any capacity. We have made a good friend out of this experience and for that we are truly grateful.
