Denise Wolfe

Denise is amazing! She helped up get our dream house in a crazy market and helped us sell our old house for everything I hoped. Buying and selling houses is a lot of work and she makes it as easy as it could possibly be for her clients. I don't like having to make a ton of decisions so I really appreciated that she gave me lots of good advice and recommendations and generally all I had to do was agree to it! She has great contacts for any work that might need to be done on the house or for inspections. You definitely want to work with Denise and her team!

We had never sold a home before. We had only bought one. It was our first and only home for almost 19 years, and we loved it, but it was time to move on. We had known Denise for a number of years because my wife had worked with her in another profession outside of real estate, and we knew we could trust her to do a great job with our sale. Plans were made, timelines scheduled. We gathered every bit of information we could to ensure we did it right. Then COVID hit. All of our preparation went out the window. There's no playbook on how to sell your home during a worldwide pandemic... at least there wasn't at the time. My wife and I tried not to panic. Admittedly, I was not doing a very good job of it. Denise talked us off the ledge, and became the calm port in a very unpredictable storm. She watched the Portland housing market like a hawk, and provided us with detailed sales numbers and comp. data every week. She supplied us with excellent advice on the little improvements that would make the biggest impact on our sale value as well as connecting us with contractors to do the work we couldn't (or shouldn't) do on our own. In the end we sold our happy home to a wonderful couple who loved it **almost** as much as we did. :) We got the full asking price as well. We could not have done it without Denise. She knows the Portland and metro area market inside and out. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home at any time, in any situation without reservation.

My wife and I met Denise 6 years ago. She helped us buy our first home. Our buying experience was wonderful and we've kept in touch ever since. We knew that whenever we were ready to sell, she would be the one we would talk to. We sold our house today with the help of Denise and her business partner Kate.
