Denise had Stayed in communication for about a year. We live in Michigan & wasn't quite sure on a time frame to get to Myrtle Beach/Conway Area to check out Communities & housing options. Thru various emails & texts periodically we finally coordinated a week to work for us. Denise knew exactly what we were looking for & had a plan for when we arrived. She gave great feedback on certain areas & locations. By the end of the week we had found a premier lot on a Golf course & started a month or so later on the new build. We Love our New Home. Took the time to meet with me on multiple occasions. She made house hunting from another state easy, seemless and worry free!!

Denise is one hard working momma. Always available. She wore me out looking for property. She finally found us exactly what i was looking for. 11 acres of flat land in loris. Horry cty. Next step is building the house and barns. 30 minutes from n Myrtle. Far away enough to have peace and quiet. Close enough to have fun. Thanks Denise.
