Denise Sawyer

When I was first referred to Denise through a prospective lender, I imagined she would be just fine and do what any real estate agent does for a buyer/seller. Denise turned out to be so much more. Denise was there EVERY step of the way, scheduling appointments on my behalf, attending them with me, and checking in with me regularly to see how things were going. She was genuinely encouraging and shared in the excitement of buying my first home, which was a really lovely gesture I thought. Denise never missed a beat when dealing with sales agents or attorneys, always asking questions and making sure that I understood what was happening in the room. Despite having no previous experience in real estate, it was obvious to me that Denise was a very seasoned and capable agent, just by observing how she was received by others whenever we did business.
