Denise seemed well-acquainted with real estate. She pointed out strengths and weaknesses of the houses we looked at. Promptly keeping in touch with us by text, emails, and phone seems a strength of hers.

We know Denise personally and she located a place to rent previously, so when it came time to buy a house, she was our only choice. Denise is a wonderful person, friendly, trustworthy and diligent. She was respectful of our budget and some specific things we were looking for in a home, but was also willing to make suggestions and give information on items we were flexible on in our house. She was constantly on the lookout for us, and willingly showed us multiple houses that we never wound up being interested in. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Our schedules were not always easy to work with, but she was able to find a time that worked for us to meet. She helped us navigate so many things about first time house shopping and we would have been lost without her. Her knowledge of the current market in our specific area was amazing and her experience was invaluable to us! She also recommended a lender to us, who we ultimately used to purchase a home. During the closing process, she negotiated some bumps with the seller for us, and made the process as smooth as possible! Should we ever choose to sell our home or buy another one, she would again be our only choice! We love our home and the neighborhood we are in, and we are grateful to Denise for helping us make it happen!

Denise was the perfect realtor! She was recommended to us by a friend after a few false starts with some other realtors that weren’t really listening to our needs and trying to force us into making offers. We had our hearts set on a “unicorn” of a home and instead of forcing us into something, she patiently and thoughtfully showed us home after home. Sometimes bringing our attention to things that we hadn’t even considered, like the age of a furnace or electricity panel. When we finally found the perfect home, Denise stayed up until midnight preparing our offer with our mortgage broker. Denise advocated for us, making sure the sellers knew our intention with the historic property was to keep it residential - though investors were competing for another tear down housing development. We are so grateful to Denise for finding us our forever dream home, and highly recommend her services!
