Denise stood beside me all the way from the very beginning of the process of putting the house on the market the early part of October; to checking on me after the Closing date toward the end of October. I felt a comfort level with her from our very first phone call. Denise was truly more than a Sales Agent to me; as she took time to explain each step along the way and kept me in the loop with updates. Due to my work schedule; there were several early evening that I had to reach out to her after business hours and weekends.

This is the second rental house that I sold through Denise. As with the last one she (and her husband who she works with) know what to fix up and helped me to save money with that. And then they priced it right and help me to sort through the offers to pick the best buyer. During escrow they kept me updated with the progress and helped to work through any issues that came up.
