Denise was the epitome of a fantastic realtor. First, during the selection process she was very patient with our ever changing preferences and made educated recommendations based on our needs. She has a great eye for the industry and helped guide us to a fair offer price (she is also a trained negotiator in case it was necessary!) During the inspection process she had a number of great recommendations and contacts (specialized contractors, flood insurance, home inspectors etc.) to provide insight and/or solutions to bring us to closure. The closing was a little stressful (due to the lender); but she was right in there ready to help in any way possible. Overall a great experience and we are extremely satisfied with our new home.
