Always in constant communication so we knew what was going on. She continued to follow up with us even after we finalized the sale of our house to make sure we were settled.
As a seller I was wary about real estate agents until I came in contact with Denise. She put my mind at ease immediately and took over the hardest parts of selling my house. I knew I can call on her anytime I had questions (which were many) and she answered them honestly and personably. From the first instant Denise walked into our home i knew she was the right agent for us. While other agents simply based pricing our home on the comps in the area, Denise walked around every inch of our home and took note of every improvement and update we made. We had several issues with a certificate of occupancy and she was right there on the other end of the phone every time we called her. When we had an inspection problem with a missing railing Denise arranged for a carpenter to come to the house and install one. And she loved our dogs!
