Very good with communicating and going above and beyond with accommodating showings, etc. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone, especially if it’s you’re first time buying, her knowledge of homes, areas, and things I’d never think to check in a home..she would!

Denise is a true professional who was able to accurately price our home and get it sold quickly. Her advice on how to prepare and present our home was priceless. Always in constant communication so we knew what was going on. She continued to follow up with us even after we finalized the sale of our house to make sure we were settled.

As a seller I was wary about real estate agents until I came in contact with Denise. She put my mind at ease immediately and took over the hardest parts of selling my house. I knew I can call on her anytime I had questions (which were many) and she answered them honestly and personably. I had recommended her to a few friends and I know they will be very happy with having her as an agent.

I'm not much of an author or a reviewer. I'm just a busy guy who just bought a house. I'm always running but I will stop for a minute to write Denise this review. I think she deserves it. Denise was great from the beginning till closing. She was actually the seller's agent, not mine. That alone speaks for itself. I'm giving her some of my time now because I truly believe she deserves it. Very professional, always responded asap, super Covid safe and just on point.
