Denise Montalvo was a terrific agent for us. She is kind, thoughtful, patient, smart and efficient. She was always available for home tours. She and I toured many houses together until we found the one we fell in love with. She was always adamant about having the feeling that “its the one”. My husband and I are absolutely taken by the property we purchased with her guidance and work. She has a lot of knowledge about houses so it was very helpful for us being first time home owners. Denise was very easy to talk to, connect with and she did an amazing job collecting all of the information about the property for inspections, boundary lines and historical documents. She helped us a great deal with negotiations and we are thankful for her! Her kindness, energy, strategic mindset and determination made this home buying process with ease. If we buy again, I would have her as our agent again. I highly recommend her to anyone!
