I chose Denise because she seemed really interested in understanding my unusually complex situation, more like a friend than someone I'd just met. And I was impressed by her being a top producer in the county. I knew what a huge amount of work it was for her to have sold 16 homes in the previous year, so I knew she was a hard worker. We contracted right before covid which then changed my moving plans. So I was on again, off again several times over a couple of years. She stuck with me through it all. She insisted I'd do best if my home was vacant. So I needed a hard money loan to buy a new home before I sold. This opened a whole new can of worms and stress. Including that we were listing coming into the slow season. Denise offered comfort and wise advice through it all. I was most resistant to hiring a very expensive stager but I kept falling back on Denise's experience and it was the best thing! Denise should get ten stars, not five. She is the best agent in Marin County hands down. She has helped me both buy a property, and sell a property. She is the most thorough agent that I have ever known. She simply does everything that needs to be done to get you top dollar for your home.
