She is extremely thorough and detail-oriented, especially with all of the paperwork. My situation was further complicated by the fact that my mother and step-father had to co-sign my loan. We did not win on that bid but knew we wanted Denise to become our buyer's agent. She used her experience and networking to know of a similar home to the one we had wanted but lost out on our offer for, as coming on the market in the near future. She, of course, continued to show us any other possibilities as they came on the market. She represented us on our offer a very short time after the home listed and happily we got our reasonable offer accepted! We worked with Denise for over 18 months looking for our first home in Marin...on a very small budget..not an easy task!! We were ALL over the place, and she never seemed to mind. We even had her look at a property in the East Bay! She will go the extra mile and stick by your side with a smile the whole time. Denise is the best. What sets her apart is that she is incredibly patient and has your best interests at heart. We worked with her for close to 18 months looking for our first home in Marin on a small budget..not an easy task!! We had really high expectations and changing needs as our family grew but she never pressured us into a neighborhood or price point we were uncomfortable with. I always felt I could be open with her even when I knew we sounded ridiculous. In the end she advised us on the most lucrative terms/offer on a home in a neighborhood that we never dreamed of being able to get into and most importantly we don't feel like we settled.
