Denise is a very lovable agent she is always on the call and is the best I have ever dealt with. she is prompt and on the top of the market, she always has the best interest in the customer with great advertising and customer service. I really enjoy working with her. highly recommend her for your next home if your buying and if you are selling she gets its done fast. the house literally had tons of viewing, it was my mother's house she passed away in September and it was an older home from 1978, she was very understanding of our need and did the best she could, she had a couple of offers and presented every one got a contract that feel trough but was prospects fault that the deal didn't go trough, being an old house they wanted all the comments from the inspection to be resolved when it wasn't necessary even the buyers agent said that it was ridiculous what the were asking for, 2 weeks later we got another customer and the house was sold. she always had our best interest in mind and she maintained a constant communication with my sister and me and we achieved the sale. we communicated even late in the evening and very early in the morning she would send me a text if we could talk and bum thing got done, on the repairs that were necessary to get them done I'm pretty handy but she always had somebody in mind to help out with the repairs and very affordable to do so. Lorena was on top of things when Denise wasn't able or out of reach, she is a darling to deal with, very very HAPPY with both of them, I will never deal with another agent. if I'm ever in the market again they are my to go agents

While buying my house, several issues came up that even after already been pretty approved to get a loan, such as the builder deciding not approve it. My home was halfway through construction and my dad lost his job while this happened. Even after the bank had not approved me anymore and even when my dad was unemployed, she made the impossible and got us our home anyways. I was very blessed to have her as my rrsaltor and even though my financial situation is way better than back the, if I were to buy another home I wouldn't doubt hiring her as my realtor once again, truly an amazing person
