We were living in New York, and searching for a home near our son in El Paso. Denise went through many homes with us, and when we went back to New York without dining a home, Denise kept looking for us. She found the house we bought in Anthony, and did a virtual tour with us on the phone. She arranged the purchase, and lined it up for our next trip to Texas. She helped us with all the arrangements, and was in touch the whole time. Totally accessible any time we needed her. Great job!
With pleasure I’m writing this review. Denise was highly recommended as a “go- getter, self starter by a business associate with multiple real estate transactions with Denise. I was going to interview multiple agents to insure this unique property got the attention and exposure it deserved. I didn’t half to! Denise toured the property and came back with exactly I had requested concerning like comps. I had no problem using her extensive data agreeing on a comfortable asking price for this listing. The home was unique in the fact that it would be in a neighborhood that had a variety of homes priced from 275K to 600k max and not in a “gated” commjunity. The price point we agreed on was over 1.3 million. Her work was cut out for her and she utilized some of the best advertising tools and people available. The virtual tour and 4 page colored flyer was stunning . The photographer captured the features and beauty of the property perfectly. Denise was conscious of our reluctance to have open house events and screened perspective clients appropriately. We had multiple offers and within 6 weeks found a buyer that fell in love with it as we had and within a month it closed within 4 % of our listing price. Denise recommended a few subs that expedited the small punch list and followed thru with coordinating the appraisal and closing requirements. No surprises,no hang ups , just a very professional transaction. I would recommend her to anyone especially if your home is unique in any way , as ours was.
