Denise and her team worked diligently in getting my house on the market and sold in matter of 3-4 weeks! They took care of every detail from day 0 when they came to see my house prepared with detailed research about real state market in my area, to open house within 7 days and excellent communication with other realtors, potential buyers and the title company. They even went an extra mile helped me closing some open permits I was not aware of so we could close on the date we planned. I have never worked with such a professional, friendly and efficient group of realtors. They took things to another level and made the whole process stress-free for me. From the beginning, Denise was there in constant communication with us. We live in New York and were looking to buy a place in Florida. From the day we arrived, she had locations to show us and was very patient with us. After seeing multiple properties, we found a beautiful Condo in the City of Weston. From start to finish Denise and her team, Joel and Ashley, were there for us. I would recommend them very highly for their professionalism, expertise, patience and their demonstrating that they truly wanted us to be happy in the new condo. Their recommendations of potential service providers was also right on the money. We appreciate Denise's professionalism

We met Denise through Ideal Agent. Once were put in contact with Denise, she called us right away to discuss our situation. We traveled to Miami for a short visit to family and to meet with Denise to start the process of selling our apartment. Denise walked us through each aspect of the process, which was new to us in a place we only visited once every three years. Denise with her vast knowledge and contacts specializing in the logistics of selling real state was instrumental in accomplishing the sale. This included help to get the place cleaned by a contractor, working deed documents with attorney and most importantly becoming a part of my family doing these transactions, while we were not in Miami. We appreciate her professionalism to keeping us up to date with everything that was happening while we were in Honolulu. The experience was great, she made it that way. Thank you
