Denise Lewis

Denise is amazing! I was fortunate to have her help in selling my previous home and purchasing two houses over the last year and a half or so. She helped us to arrive at a great sales price on our previous home after a highly regarded Galveston realtor suggested a low-ball sales price of almost $100k less. She was able to put together a number of houses in Houston for us to tour, then narrowed it down so that we found our perfect house in Montrose Houston in about a week! Later, she helped me locate a jewel of a second home in Galveston, in a great location and for a great price. She is super organized, diligent, energetic and very honest. She stayed on top of things during the entire process with excellent communication and timely follow up on all questions. I would recommend her highly if you need a realtor.

Denise kept in contact throughout the process. Her knowledgeable insights meant that we got a great sale and were able to close it quickly even when needing to sign from overseas.

Denise went above and beyond expectations. She was receptive and listened to my needs and wants, while helping me narrow down my search. She helped answer my questions & calm my concerns during the anxious process of buying my first home. I would DEFINITELY recommend her to anyone that I know.

I recently used Denise to sell my home. If you want a thorough Realtor, call Denise. She helped from beginning to end. Advising from staging to thoroughly going over inspection report. Will definitely use in the future.

Denise was on it 24/7 both buying and selling a property for me! She listened to my priorities when looking to buy and delivered all I a very short period of time.

Denise studied the market and new exactly the sales price to request. The property sold almost immediately and the appraised value was right on the mark.
