From our very first meeting my husband and I knew Denise and Joe were the right fit for our needs. The fresh ideas that they brought to us and implemented in order to prepare our home to sell with minimal out of pocket expenses were spot on. During the process, Denise and Joe were completely involved which decreased so much of the stress and anxiety involved with getting your home ready to sell. Denise's marketing ideas were apparent when we received over 20 offers less than one week after our home was listed, many of them above our asking price thanks to the knowledge and expertise that Denise and Joe brought to the table. The only problem we encountered was which offer to choose, as it was a difficult choice. The home my husband and I sold had so many wonderful family memories and the compassion we received from Denise and Joe made the transition so much less difficult when we had to say goodbye for the last time. The sale and closing of our home went smoothly and we will never consider using any other realtor for our future needs, as Denise and Joe were much more than that to us.
