Denise is an expert, incredibly knowledgeable. I have bought and sold proprieties with her and Joe. I must say, that she is patient, always looking to get you the best deal on your propriety and looking for your interest. My house sold in 48 hours and above asking for 50% above what I paid for the propriety two years ago.
