Denise Ditman

Denise made selling my house a piece of cake. Once she viewed the house, she came in with a market analysis based on my neighborhood. The asking price was spot on. She gave me some suggestion to make the house even more appealing. Denise arranged for all the pictures to be taken and once they were finished the house went on the market. The pictures were uploaded on Friday night and the house had three contracts by Monday. She went through every contract with me and then I made a decision. Denise made sure she was at the house, herself every time there was a potential buyer, inspectors or for any reason someone had to visit the house. There was never a lock box, which made me feel more secure. Denise always took my phone calls no matter what time they were or how silly the question was. She also assisted me in finding a rental. When I look back now, I think I was being very picky, but Denise had a lot of patience for me and my family’s opinions. There even some we went back to a few times. When we finally picked a rental, Denise was the one who picked up the key, since I was on vacation. Denise was very professional, and I couldn’t ask for a better realtor. She was caring, understanding and willing to assist in any way she could. I will be using her again when I make my next move to northern Florida.
