Great First Time Buying Experience

Denise was fabulous! I was looking at condos to fit in my price point and she was very knowledgeable about what complexes to avoid and which ones had great amenities and/or good HOAs that are well maintained. She showed me many properties until we found the one I ended up buying. She walked me through the buying process and answered my many questions. Being a first time buyer she was very patient with me going through properties, writing multiple offers, negotiating, and getting me through closing. Would highly recommend Denise!
