Denise was very knowledgeable about many different aspects of the sale and laws. Second, she went above and beyond for helping me in what else I could do on my end and she went beyond lengths to help make everything stay on track. Persistence pays ;) But, the biggest help was the encouragement to have patience and faith all would go well. I hope if I ever buy in Florida I know right who to look up first. We found a home within a week. Our schedule was complex and tight, Denise worked around it to help us find the right home for our family, based on proximity to schools, work and convenience.
