Denise Curley

If it wasn't for Denise, I would have lost it during the home buying process. As first-time home buyers we knew we wanted a realtor that would not only work for us, but really get to know us. Denise was the fourth realtor we met and after speaking with her, we knew we wanted to work with her. The following week, Denise took us on our first 'tour' and we realized she listened to everything we said we were looking for from our must haves to location she hit it with all the homes she showed us. Prior to finding the (most perfect) home we are in now, we bid on two others. Denise was EXTREMELY helpful with the bidding process and made us feel comfortable with not breaking the bank. In the end, it paid off. The houses ended up coming in under appraisal and we didn't walk into our first home underwater. One of the houses that we lost was actually put back on the market the day we closed on this one. From the first day, Denise tried to get us to see the house we bought. She knew we'd love it, especially the neighborhood (we are expecting on the next few weeks). And she was right. We feel in love with the house and, with some TLC, it has become our home. To this day Denise will check up on us to see how it's coming along and she has no problem responding to my questions re: the neighborhood or any cool place in Stuart we can check out. I do not know of many realtors who keep a relationship after they have made a commission, but I'm happy ours does. We have already decided that if we ever sell, we will have no doubt that Denise will be our contact. If you're in the market for an honest realtor who will work to get you what you want (not when she has time for you), then Denise is you're go-to.
