Denise was our realtor when we bought our home 8 years ago. Our family decided to relocate to a new state so when it came time to sell, we called Denise to help us out. Denise took care of everything! She came to our home a few months prior to listing to review the house and talk about minor changes we could do to make the house more appealing to buyers. She organized a photographer to take beautiful photos and videos of our home. Denise set up a fabulous open house, and within 3 days we had multiple offers all over asking price. She took care of all the inspection and closing details- she even made arrangements to remove some of the furniture we could not bring on our move. She exudes professionalism and eagerness.
