Denise was our realtor when we bought our home 8 years ago. Our family decided to relocate to a new state so when it came time to sell, we called Denise to help us out. Denise took care of everything! She came to our home a few months prior to listing to review the house and talk about minor changes we could do to make the house more appealing to buyers. She organized a photographer to take beautiful photos and videos of our home. Denise set up a fabulous open house, and within 3 days we had multiple offers all over asking price. She took care of all the inspection and closing details- she even made arrangements to remove some of the furniture we could not bring on our move. She exudes professionalism and eagerness. It is obvious that Denise loves what she does, but she is also so knowledgeable in real estate and genuinely cares about her clients.
